We arrived and there was a concierge waiting for us to helps us with our suitcase- really nice surprise!. The location was beautiful, The hotel was great and the staff was always available to support us. I did just one reservation for a restaurant the day we arrived and it was great because it was fully booked. The BBQ restaurant was to expensive in my opinion for a single menu, beside that I love it. As a family with small kid and a dog it was great to be there.

This was our second stay at Helios and it was just a good as last time. The staff were really accommodating and helpful and in particular, the staff in the Garlaban tapas restaurant were exceptional.
